在这篇研究中,作者确定了TSC处理的氧化锆超微结构的特点并测试了剪切粘接强度。

STEM/EDS显示出微粗糙的氧化锆表面部分覆盖了熔合的Al和Si,同时,也可以检测到残余未熔合的二氧化硅颗粒。TSC处理的接受单独二氧化硅底漆氧化锆的剪切粘接强度比联合施以10-MDP/硅烷底漆的氧化锆明显降低。SEM破损分析显示,残余二氧化锆颗粒既存在于氧化锆表面,也存在于粘接剂部分。相关超微结构和化学表面特质的观察显示,TSC在氧化锆表面沉积了一层不均匀的二氧化硅层,这解释了为什么单体硅烷偶联剂比联合10-MDP/硅烷陶瓷底漆对于TSC预处理氧化锆的粘接效率要低。
