近日研究人员证实SPs和KLFs参与调节消化系统的正常功能和病理过程

特异性蛋白(SPs)以及Krüppel样因子(KLFs)， 属于转录因子，包含保守的与靶DNA序列结合的锌指结构域。这些蛋白质在不同的组织中表达，具有独特的组织特异性活性和功能。

研究发现SPs 以及KLFs不仅仅调节生长、发育、分化、增殖和胚胎发育等生理过程，而且与包括癌症和炎症性疾病在内的多种疾病的发病机制相关。近日研究人员证实SPs 和KLFs也参与调节消化系统的正常功能和病理过程。通过组织学以及在消化系统器官特异功能的SPS和KLFs研究证实，口腔，食道，胃，小肠，大肠，胰腺和肝脏等消化系统器官的正常功能和病理过程均有SPs 和KLFs的参与，对器官特异性的SPs 和KLFs研究有望成为新的疾病治疗靶点。
