BMJ：发生在整个胃肠道的肠气囊肿病——病例报道

女性患者，因转移性乳腺癌一直使用卡培他滨治疗，自述出现血性腹泻。三天后，患者出现急腹症。

女性患者，因转移性乳腺癌一直使用卡培他滨治疗，自述出现血性腹泻。三天后，患者出现急腹症。

腹部和胸部增强CT显示，胃肠道壁出现气体影像，范围从食管到大肠，蔓延到肠系膜静脉和门静脉（见下图）。



诊断：肠气囊肿病

肠气囊肿病的发生与多种疾病有关，包括肺疾病、自身免疫性疾病、免疫抑制及肠缺血，但是也可能是偶然的一个发现。这里患者最有可能的病因是化疗损伤了黏膜的完整性，从而使得细菌所形成的气体进入肠壁。

给予患者抗生素治疗，症状迅速缓解。
