此项前瞻性队列研究纳入中国国家卒中登记(CNSR)和中国急性卒中患者异常血糖调节研究(ACROSS研究)的17280例发生急性卒中的糖尿病和非糖尿病患者。结果显示,在非糖尿病患者中,与eGFR为90~119 ml/(min·1.73m2)者相比,eGFR <45 ml/(min·1.73m2)者的全因死亡、卒中复发、卒中致残校正比值比分别为2.79、2.28和1.53;eGFR较高(≥120 mL/min·1.73m2)与全因死亡风险较高显著相关(比值比为1.38),但与其他转归无关。在糖尿病患者中,低eGFR者的全因死亡、卒中复发、卒中致残校正比值比分别为2.16、1.43和1.38;高eGFR者与所有卒中转归风险较高显著相关。
