蛋白质14-3-3家族成员作为连接器或调节剂可识别多种胞内蛋白以磷酸丝氨酸/磷蛋白为基础的结合亚基，在真核细胞的信号转导通路中发挥重要作用。在血小板中，14-3-3在磷酸化依赖性的信号通路中发挥广泛的调节作用，包括G蛋白信号、cAMP信号、激动剂诱导的磷脂酰丝氨酸（PS）暴露和调节线粒体功能。特别是，14-3-3与血小板的主要黏附受体——糖蛋白IbIX复合物（GPIb-IX）的几种磷酸丝氨酸依赖性

蛋白质14-3-3家族成员作为连接器或调节剂可识别多种胞内蛋白以磷酸丝氨酸/磷蛋白为基础的结合亚基，在真核细胞的信号转导通路中发挥重要作用。

在血小板中，14-3-3在磷酸化依赖性的信号通路中发挥广泛的调节作用，包括G蛋白信号、cAMP信号、激动剂诱导的磷脂酰丝氨酸（PS）暴露和调节线粒体功能。

特别是，14-3-3与血小板的主要黏附受体——糖蛋白IbIX复合物（GPIb-IX）的几种磷酸丝氨酸依赖性结合位点相互作用，调节其与VWF的相互联系、介导VWF/GPIb-IX依赖性的机械信号转导，从而激活血小板。14-3-3与GPIb-IX之间的相互作用同时还在由蛋白酶激活受体（PARs）和CPIb-IX所介导的协同信号促使血小板对低浓度的凝血酶产生反应的过程中发挥关键作用。

14-3-3在血小板中的多种功能提示其或许可作为血栓形成和炎症的治疗靶点。
