记忆抑制(MS)对精神健康至关重要。然而,还没有研究探讨内在静息状态功能连接(rs-FC)是如何预测这种能力的。Wenjing Yang等采用基于静息状态的fMRI数据的连接组预测模型(CPM)研究预定义的脑网络(额顶控制网络/FPCN)中的rs-FC曲线是否以及如何预测497名参与者的MS。

该研究采用思考/不思考范式,通过MS诱发的遗忘来评估MS能力。

FPCN特异性模型能很好地预测MS能力,MS的实际得分和预测得分之间存在显著的相关性,r=0.52,P<0.001,Pperm <0.001。该研究保留了出现在所有回合中的FCS,并将这些FCS定义为共同的消极和积极网络。MS能力方面,普通负向网络包含175条边(占所有可能边的2.9%),正向网络包含167条边(占所有可能边的2.8%)。通过对每个连通FCS的特征权重进行汇总,定义了FPCN各区域的区域级特征权重。MS负性网络的关键节点主要有MFG、额上内侧回、MFG背侧和额下回。SIF阳性网络的关键结节主要有MFG、内侧SFG和旋转背下顶下叶(IPL)。

额顶控制网络特有的功能连接模型可以预测抑制诱导遗忘(SIF)得分。(A)预测模型中的预测性能。(B)特征权重等于或大于0.9的正负功能连接。(C)额顶控制网络个脑区的区域水平特征权重,通过汇总每个相连的FCS的特征权重来定义。
