Heart：盆浴与冠心病和卒中风险的关系

中年人盆浴频率与心血管疾病风险呈负相关

盆浴被认为可通过改善血液动力学功能来预防心血管疾病(CVD)。然而，没有前瞻性研究调查浴盆洗澡对心血管疾病风险的长期影响。

近日，心脏病领域权威杂志Heart上发表了一篇研究文章，研究人员对1990年至2009年30076例40~59岁无心血管疾病或癌症病史的患者进行随访。参与者按洗澡频率分类：0到2次/周、3到4次/周和几乎每天。在对传统心血管疾病危险因素和特定的饮食因素进行调整后，研究人员使用Cox比例危险模型估计发生心血管疾病的HRs。

在538373人次每年的随访中，研究人员共记录了2097例心血管疾病患者，包括328例冠心病（CHD）(275例心肌梗死和53例心源性猝死)和1769例卒中(991例脑梗死、510例颅内出血、255例蛛网膜下腔出血和13例未分类的卒中)患者。几乎每天或每天盆浴与0至2次/周相比，CVD的多变量HRs(95%CI)为0.72(0.62至0.84，趋势p<0.001)；对于CHD为0.65(0.45至0.94，趋势p=0.065)；对于总卒中为0.74(0.62至0.87，趋势p=0.005)；对于脑梗死为0.77(0.62至0.97，趋势p=0.467)；对于颅内出血为0.54(0.40至0.73，p<0.001)。没有观察到盆浴频率与心源性猝死或蛛网膜下腔出血的风险之间存在联系。

由此可见，中年人盆浴频率与心血管疾病风险呈负相关。
