近日，美国神经病学学会协会发布了以循证医学为依据的多发性硬化症（MS）补充替代疗法指南。而3月25日Neurology杂志上发表的文章，涵盖了该指南中大量重要信息。该研究由来自俄勒冈健康与科学大学的Yadav博士等开展，检索了1970到到2013年9月间发表的大量文献，并通过相关专家小组对这些文献进行评估。评估结果主要包括： 一．无足够证据支持的MS补充替代疗法（CAM）

尼古丁代谢产物可替宁与多发性硬化的关系 一直以来都认为吸烟与多发性硬化发病率增加相关，但是至今尚无前瞻性样本评价尼古丁代谢产物可替宁对多发性硬化的影响。来自瑞典的Jonatan Salzer1等学者通过尼古丁代谢产物可替宁研究吸烟与多发性硬化的关系，研究结果发表在2013年7月的multiple sclerosis杂志上。该研究使用血标本探讨经实验室检测确定的烟草应用与多发性硬化发病风险的关系。

Neurology：特立氟胺不影响患者对流感疫苗的应答

多发性硬化是一种自身免疫性疾病，免疫抑制治疗可能影响患者对季节性流感的应答。为研究特立氟胺对季节性流感疫苗的有效性及安全性，加拿大McGill大学的Amit Bar-Or博士等人进行了一项研究，研究结果在线发表2013年7月12日的Neurology杂志上。研究结果显示：特立氟胺总体上不会对复发型多发性硬化患者对流感疫苗的免疫应答产生不良影响。 研究人员选择以特立氟胺7mg&nbs
